Study Description

Low Warden, where I grew up. is a hamlet that is part of the scattered village of Warden in Northumberland. It sits at the meeting of the north and south Tyne rivers in an area that was previously agricultural and poorly serviced. The building of the A 69 by pass of Hexham has resulted in it becoming a commuter village for the Tyneside conurbation
