Study Description

This is a study of Haverfordwest, the county town of Pembrokeshire, Wales, which today has a population of approximately 13,000. Haverfordwest has been a market town for over 300 years. The reason for choosing this city for my One Place Study, is my 2x great grandparents, who both were born and married there. My aim is to understand more about their lives, by studying the people and places of this town.

Timeframe

Pre 1920

Population

Approximately 3000 people in the mid 1800s.
