Study Description

My plan is to discover the country of origin of all pioneers of that settlement, which began to be settled in about 1826, to try to determine why they came to Canada leaving their home country, and evaluate the nature and activities of the population until approximately 1950. I expect to review not only their ages at marriage from local records, and their ages at death, but the number of known children to have been produced in those marriages, and their eventual departure and migration to other locations, including the USA, and particularly why they left.
