Study Description
The One-Place Study of Rockland, NY is complicated somewhat by the fact that Rockland, NY is in Sullivan County and New York has a County of Rockland which can cause confusion.
The Study will research the history of the town from it’s earliest residents. It will record historical information about the villages and hamlets, as many residents as possible, the various sights throughout the town, the cemeteries, etc. There are currently 3 people working on the Study.
