Coates One-Place Study

This study stemmed from a desire to place my ancestors in context and so I have done quite a lot of census analysis. I single-handedly surveyed the churchyard. I am particularly interested in the years 1841-1939 but will include things of interest after 1939. I spent a lot of time looking into WW1 service men when everyone was thinking about the centenary. I have added as many relevant images as I can and trawled newspaper articles. My next task is to look at some of the families in the area.
