Study Description
I am studying the village of Dearham in Cumbria using wills starting in 1564 and parish registers starting in 1662 and later newspaper articles to put together a picture of my ancestors, their lives, neighbours, occupations and how the village grew and changed with the advent of mining in the 18th century.
