Study Description

This is a one street study focussed on Jetty Street in Cromer. Jetty Street is one of the oldest streets in Cromer, rich in history of the early fishermen and crab men, the lodging houses and popularity of Edwardian time, shops that were once here and then the gradual decline post war. Jetty Street is now residential with most properties second homes or holiday lets. There are just a few of us who live here full time. I live in a flat within Woodford House here on Jetty Street. The properties are Grade II listed and the area is in a conservation area.
