My study began with a photographic and genealogical survey of Waters Upton St Michael’s graveyard. I have since expanded the OPS beyond the churchyard and put census abstracts, extracts from historic trade directories, and other records online. Parish register abstracts have also been added, with baptisms, marriages and burials into the 1800s. Other records are gradually joining these. My hopes of analysing the records, exploring the family trees of the people named in them, and presenting my findings, if I could fit all that in alongside my Atcherley One-Name Study, have begun to be fulfilled after I took early retirement in the Summer of 2019.
