Study Description 

The Parish of Sedgley includes the following towns/villages/areas: Sedgley Village, Brierley, Broad Lane, Lady Moor, Can Lane, Coseley, Cotwall End, Deepfield, Ettingshall, Goldthorn Hill, Lower Gornal, Upper Gornal, Gospel End, Gospel Oak, Wednesbury Oak, Mason’s Bank, Prince’s End, Ruiton, Sodom and Wood Setton.

This study is at early formative stage and currently only includes 1901 Census for the Registration Districts 1, 2, 3, 4 and part of 5a. The plan is to transcribe all 1901 Census for Sedgley, develop relationships and then expand into other Census records.
