Study Description 

A study of the families connected with the Estate, to include the two apparently separate families of Corbet(t), with a view to establishing the nature of the connection between the two branches if possible, and as wished by John Corbett (MP for Droitwich) after he purchased Ynysymaengwyn from the proceeds of selling off his salt-mines.

Family size : 1 – about 8; Staff of 1 to probably dozens; Occupied by the Army at one point, and currently a Caravan and Camping Park, families of which I will not study.
